SEALCOATING THE right WAY

We seal with the CORRECT PRODUCT!  What we mean by the correct product- Water based sealer is designed and manufactured  SPECIFICALLY for asphalt surfaces. Our manufacturer is based out of Idaho, this product is not only designed for asphalt, but for asphalt in the North West region, our climate & our altitude.  We use Pro-Spec Sealcoat exclusively, this sealer is a mineral-fill, water-based, asphalt emulsion material that is both environmentally friendly and protects your pavement from the ravages of UV and water damage. Our Sealcoating process involves: 

• Estimate 
• Scheduling 
• Surface Prep
• Crack filling (if necessary) 
• Sealer application;

RESIDENTIAL APPLICATION- We hand broom all residential surfaces up to 5000 square feet. If the area is over 5000sqft. we will hand broom the area near the structure and spray the remaining. 

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION- We hand broom the edges, near buildings, concrete areas, etc. 

We spray the remainder of the asphalt surface. 

Striping is completed the next day to ensure the proper curing takes place.
