We at Obsidian Paving & Sealcoating LLC believe in the quality of our work so much we offer a 1 year warranty for our commercial & residential on our workmanship and materials for every job. We also offer an additional year with our sealcoating maintenance plan* (details in estimate) This 1 year warranty covers repairs to your asphalt surface with the exception of; 

• Acts of God
• Preexisting damages (see images included in your estimate) 
• Negligence
